The administrator oversees operations in the e-learning department and follows up on all components. They also prepare quarterly work plans and activate e-training programs.
2. Student Services Administration
Staff count: 1
Handles attendance follow-up, leaves, and official documents for learners, in addition to processing administrative requests and academic issues.
3. Application Development & Management
Staff count: 1
Focuses on preparing workflow plans and supervising operational and development projects.
4. Technical & IT Support Administration
Staff count: 1
Provides academic technical support and daily monitoring of the e-learning platform.
