In a report issued by the Ministry of Human Resources, Lamar Institute ranked first in graduate employment rates among training institutes in Riyadh for 2025.

According to the report, which covered 47 training institutes, Lamar achieved:
- 82% of graduates landed jobs within 4 months of graduation
- 91% of them in roles directly related to their training specialty
- Average salary 23% higher than the graduate average
- 96% employer satisfaction with Lamar graduates’ performance
Success factors
The institute’s team attributes this performance to several factors:

Curricula are reviewed annually with labor-market specialists to ensure they keep up with real needs.

Every program includes 4–6 real applied projects, through which the trainee builds a portfolio ready to show to employers.

More than 60 partner companies offer direct employment opportunities to Lamar graduates ahead of others.
