At a ceremony held in Riyadh, Lamar Institute received the “Best Emerging Training Institution” award as part of the 2026 Excellence in Education and Training Awards.
About the award
This award is granted annually by the Gulf Training Institutes Federation to honor institutions that have achieved exceptional growth and qualitative impact in the sector. More than 60 institutes applied this year, with 12 reaching the final stage.
Judging criteria
The judging panel had a tough task, focusing on:
- Graduate employment rate within 6 months
- Diversity and modernity of training programs
- Trainee and employer ratings
- Innovation in training methods
- The institution’s community impact
